Not all artists love the sight of themselves on screen. Actress Dur-e-Fishan Saleem shared how watching herself on screen is a downer for her.
The actress shared this interesting fact in her appearance on The Mazedaar Show hosted by Faizan Sheikh and Adeel Amjad AKA Aadi. A celebrity talk show aired on TV one.
During the show, the subject of watching her performances came up. That’s when Dur-e-Fishan revealed how she felt while watching herself on television. She revealed how it isn’t a pleasant experience for her. Rather than feeling pound or accomplished, the actress feels depressed. She said,
“Whenever I watch my performances I get depressed for a couple of days, and it’s rare when I watch myself on television. I always feel as an artist we critically analyze our performance and notice tiny details from head to toe. It’s great but it gives me depression because sometimes I don’t like my voice sometimes I don’t like the rest of the things”.
It seems the former lawyer’s analytical skills are preventing her from enjoying seeing her own performances.
