Faryal Makhdoom and Amir Khan Want To Help Zohra Shah’s Family

The tragic death of a child sent shockwaves throughout the country.

It has been a while since the tragic news of Zohra Shah shook the nation. As people demand justice for the death of an innocent 8-year-old after being beaten to death, people all are doing their part in helping out her family during these hard times. Recently, Faryal Makhdoom and her husband Amir Khan have announced that they want to help Zohra’s family financially.

The 28-year-old social media influencer revealed that she and her husband, former boxing world champion, Amir Khan had spoken to Zohra’s father and would be taking responsibility for ‘providing their needs’, including schooling for their other children. She took to her social media account on Instagram and wrote:

“Amir and I have personally contacted Zohra’s father and hoping to speak to him shortly. Thank you to everyone… especially the lawyers, barristers and human rights activists who are supporting us.”

Earlier, Faryal had posted about her intentions to reach out Zohra’s family:

“I’m going to reach out to the family of #ZohraShah and do whatever I can to help them and make sure they never have to send their daughters to work again. I’m going to support her family.”

Zohra Shah was allegedly tortured to death for accidentally releasing some pet parrots owned by the parents for whom she was babysitting in Pakistan. The horrific incident enraged people all over social media, who demand justice for the murder of the 8-year-old girl.
