As Hum Tum marks its 5th episode, we see the drama slowly progressing and building relationships between the cast members. The chemistry, dialogues, and dynamics of the character have us glued to our television screens. The cute relationship between Sarah Khan (Maha) and Junaid Khan (Sarmad) and the never-ending banter between Ahad Raza Mir (Adam) and Ramsha Khan (Neha) is just superb.
Hum Tum is a rom-com serial written by Suno Chanda and Chupke Chupke famed writer Saima Akram Chaudhry. It is an interesting drama based on the story of Generation Z youngsters and their humorous fight. The drama story revolves around the life of three sisters and their love-hate relationships.
Along with entertaining audiences with comedy, the drama also points out the stereotypical issues of our society. From breaking the gender stereotypes to women empowerment this drama is garnering praises for all the right reasons.
The amazing acting of the cast specifically the bold and energetic character of Neha (Ramsha Khan) made her trend on Twitter despite the political turmoil happening in the country. The state of Pakistan politically is in mayhem. In the midst of the never-ending banter of leadership, the citizens do get a welcome relief with this light-hearted, humorous serial.
Last night’s episode was also a hit. The continuous teasing of Adam and Neha along with extremely gender healthy representation of family and most importantly that hilarious birthday gift for Adam (Ahad Raza Mir). That ‘Chamcha’ (spoon) scene stole the show.

#HumTum is not a show that would put you in fits of laughter and honestly that’s fine because I don’t think it’s meant to be that way either. It’s a light-hearted show with humour in it and addresses a number of stereotypes without getting too preachy and this in itself is huge
