The comedian jokingly refers to Jada as “G.I. Jane” because of her shaved head. Jada Pinkett Smith has alopecia, which is why she shaved her head, and was not amused by the joke. However, her husband, Will Smith, got emotional and confronted Chris Rock live on stage. The Bad Boys star took to the stage to slap Chris as everyone gasped. Chris Rock played it off calmly but Will Smith was still fuming.

“Keep my wife’s name out of your f**king mouth,” the actor drops the F-bomb on live TV.

The shocking moment took everyone by surprise and overshadowed the Oscars night, including Will Smith’s shining moment. The King Richard star won ‘Best Actor’ and made an emotional speech.

However, fans expect Will to explain his action as he did not apologize to Chris Rock while accepting his award. Recently, Will Smith took to his Instagram to issue a direct apology to the comedian.

“I would like to publicly apologize to you, Chris,” Smith wrote. “I was out of line and I was wrong.”

The actor has blocked people from commenting on the post. We like to think, people are not buying Will Smith’s apology. What do you think? Share your thoughts below.
