Iqra Aziz Won’t Do Any Fairness Cream Ads Despite Huge Offers

Talk about a conscience with a cause!

Iqra Aziz

Guess who whitening cream brands are swarming next for their adverts? Iqra Aziz. The Tabeer actress is the latest celebrity to be approached with endorsements for a whitening cream.

The petite bombshell just straight up said no (that’s how you do it!).

Iqra’s fiance actor Yasir Hussain made the whole situation public in an Instagram post, dotting over his lady love for her decision.

“I love you even more for what you did yesterday.”

He explained how he feels it’s important to highlight this.

Kal iqra ne aik (whitening cream) ka advertisement karny se mana kar dia jo society mai complex phelany k Bohot sary paisy bhi offer kar rahy thy . Juratmandana aur sahi Qadam uthaya aap ne ??❤️ (Yesterday Iqra refused to do an advertisement for a whitening cream, that had offered a huge sum of money for promoting this complex in society. That was a brave step and the right step)”

In the end, the Karachi Sey Lahore actor advised people to accept themselves, skin color and all, and be happy with the way they are.

Allah ne jesa banaya hai us main khush rahen (Be happy with the way God has created you.”

Some celebs were slammed for supporting these products

A while ago, Yakeen Ka Safar star Sajal Aly irked fans when she took up a television commercial (TVC) for ‘Fair and Lovely‘. People condemned Aly for running with a regressive ideal.
