Fans of Lollywood know all too well about Meera and Reema. The two actress ruled the industry for almost a decade. However, they are not too fond of each other.
And things are heating up once again as Meera Ji, openly bad mouthed Reema during an interview with Entertaimentpk.
An Age Old Rivalry
Before the recent revival of Lollywood, the Pakistani industry was lead by the star power of actresses such as Resham, Meera and Reema. At its pinnacle, Lollywood delivered several hit films during the golden era.
However, in the 90’s, the industry had an air of hostility and enmity. The two biggest names of the industry at time, Reema and Meera, made headlines not for their acting chops, but rather for openly resenting each other. The two have been in involved in several scandals and cat fights.

Even as of today, the two veteran actresses are not the best of friends. During a discussion about her long journey in industry, Meera took the opportunity to share her views on the mindsets of some her fellow actresses. Everyone know Reema was bound to be mentioned, and Meera didn’t hold back!
The Baaji star slammed Reema’s character and background, saying that the beloved Lollywood actress has only changed her life on camera, but is still a very difficult person in real life.
Well, shots have definitely been fired. We’ll have to wait and see how Reema Khan responds. Though the 90s are long gone, we would’ve hoped Meera Ji would’ve matured by now and settled her differences, but that doesn’t seem likely.
