Post-release London Nahi Jaunga promotions are still in full swing. The dynamic duo Humayun Saeed and Mehwish Hayat has not left any stone unturned to keep their movie in the limelight and create hype.
Recently, the power on-screen couple was spotted at Nida Yasir’s Good Morning Pakistan all cheerful and spilling some insights about the movie as well as their real-life friendly bond.
During their discussions, Humayun and Mehwish shared an interesting anecdote about the Chhalawa star’s lost stiletto.
“We were shooting in London and I took some of my stuff along just in case I needed them. I had black stilettos with me and I lost one of the shoes at the set. I searched for it everywhere but unfortunately, it got lost. In the end, when I was unable to find my shoe I asked Humayun that he’ll get me a new pair of shoes now.”
But everyone was quite shocked to know the price of the shoe. Humayun mentioned that it was worth $1100.
“I paid 50% of the actual amount,” said Saeed.
Romantic adventure film ‘London Nahi Jaunga’ has been doing phenomenally well in international markets. The movie stars Humayun Saeed, Mehwish Hayat and Kubra Khan in lead roles. The film was released internationally before Eid ul Azha on 8th July.
London Nahi Jaunga has earned around 317,930 GBP in three weeks in the UK and Ireland only which is approximately 8 crores 73 lacs PKR. It has been consistently ruling the box office since its release — including hitting the top 10 films at UK box office in the first week of its release and becoming the highest grossing Pakistani film internationally.
