Motivational speaker and writer, Syed Qasim Ali Shah has expressed his desire to contest the upcoming elections on Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI)’s ticket.
A video clip of Qasim Ali Shah with Imran Khan went viral on social media yesterday, as he requested the PTI chairman to get him a ticket.
Qasim Ali pleaded his intentions of contesting the election from the Gulshan Ravi area of Lahore, which is where he grew up as a child.
In the video clip, Imran Khan agreed to giving Qasim a PTI ticket to contest in the elections. He stated that he is looking for good people who can lead, saying,
The clean people should come to politics to lead the country instead of staying back.

Twitterati are not sure if Qasim is worthy of a PTI ticket as people argued on Twitter. One tweep urged Imran Khan to be wary of the motivational speaker as he may not be a “genuine” candidate. He wrote, “Qasim Ali Shah had never supported IK and PTI during tough time and it seems that he is a supporter of neutrals. Say no to such persons”.

While others are questioning Qasim Ali Shah’s body language. Some were concerned he might fall over from the sofa because he was sitting right on the edge.

Qasim Ali Shah is a teacher, corporate trainer, and motivational speaker. He went viral in 2021 after a series of naked pictures of him were leaked from his phone. People have criticized him for being a fake motivational speaker.
