Being 90’s kids we all have been Bollywood fans. Growing up we have had posters of our favorite Bollywood characters on our walls or a collection of video cassettes featuring Bollywood movies and songs. We also had the most favorite on-screen couples like Madhubala and Dilip Kumar, Raj Kapoor and Nargis, Amitabh Bachchan and Rekha or our all-time favorites Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol.
Shah Rukh and Kajol plus DDLJ can never get old. The legendary actors and the movie still have a place in our hearts. With time passing and Bollywood evolving it is hard to spot that ’90s spark in any of the movies or on-screen couples today. But often some of the actors give us that Shahrukh-Kajol feels.
The DDLJ maker has time and again refreshed our 90’s era and the lovable spark between Bollywood actors share, and by rekindling those buried memories. This time we think we do have a couple that truly stands in parallel to Kajol and Shahrukh.

In his recent interview, Karan drew parallels between Ranveer and Alia and the Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge stars.
“When Ranveer and Alia face the camera, you will see that chemistry because they’re buddies, they’re friends. That friendship results in chemistry.”
Since we all know that the trio Ranveer Singh, Alia Bhatt and Karan Johar are busy these days shooting for their upcoming movie Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani. Johar has tried to recreate the Raj-Simran chemistry in the movie.
“Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol might make a special appearance in Karan Johar’s directorial Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani that features Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh in the lead roles.” he said.
Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani marks the comeback of Karan as a director after a hiatus of many years!
