Well into their marriage Bollywood star-couple of Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone continue to offer major couple goals.
Now the duo bought a sea-facing quadruplex in suburban Bandra for INR119 crore. That’s just for the apartment spread across floors 16, 17, 18, and 19 of Sagar Resham. Sagar Resham is a building at Bandstand within the close vicinity of Shah Rukh Khan’s mega-million bungalow ‘Mannat’ and Salman Khan’s luxury pad in Galaxy Apartments.
Over INR 7 crore has been paid as stamp duty for the transaction. This includes the purchase of 11,266 square feet space, an exclusive 1,300 square feet terrace, and 19 parking lots, the sources said. The per square feet price lands at around INR 1 lakh.
When contacted, real estate consultancy firm JLL India’s senior director and head (west) for residential services, Ritesh Mehta spilled the tea. He said the Bollywood stars paid as per the market trend to accquire the property. A property at this location commands a price of INR 90,000-Rs 1.10 lakh per square feet.
It’s unclear if the couple plans to move in or is adding more properties to their list of assets. Last year, Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone bought a second home at Alibag for INR 22 crore.
As per some reports, this quadruplex will be set as the primary home for the celebrity couple. Word is that the duo had been searching the market for an independent bungalow in Juhu and Bandra localities for nearly three years.
many celebrities reside in Juhu and bandra, with Sagar Resham not boasting a list of big names to neighbour the star couple.
