Sanam Jung is a famous Pakistani TV host who is famous for keeping Jago Pakistan Jago going for almost 4 years. Apart from being a host, she’s also a well-known television actress. The star has worked in numerous hit TV shows like Dil-e-Muztar, Alvida, Mein Na Janoo, and Mere Humdam Mere Dost.
She gained a lot of popularity and a massive fan-following after her weight loss transformation pictures went viral. Since then the Mohabat Subh Ka Sitara Hai star has been a motivation to many who aspire to stay fit.
Sanam also owns a Youtube channel where she posts daily vlogs and shares her workout routine and diet. She’s known to hit the gym on a daily basis.
However, since the lockdown, Sanam has had to workout at home. She has been taking to her Instagram account to post videos of her exercise routine at home.
Despite the times not being in our favor, Sanam proved that when there is a will, there’s also a way.
Yesterday the star posted a new workout video and wrote,

This looks easy but is a complete killer especially because you sit and then get up rather than doing a normal squat and not to forget this is a finisher meaning after 45mins of tough training this is how we end our workout !
