Pakistani model, actress, television host, and former VJ, Sanam Jung, has caught the deadly coronavirus. What makes matters worse is that her 4-year-old daughter has also tested positive for virus, with the family currently being in isolation. The Qaraar actress took to her Instagram account to reveal the news.
32-year-old Sanam Jung has proven to be a role model for not just her fans, but also her daughter Alaya Qassam Jaffri. She has been in the entertainment industry since 2008 when she appeared as a VJ on Play Tv. In 2013, the star stunned everyone with her flawless debut as an actress as Sila in Hum Tv’s Dil e Muztar.
The actress has impressed the audience with flawless performances and has garnered over 1.8 million fans on her Instagram account alone. Recently, she took to her Instagram to reveal the testing news of her and her daughter contracting coronavirus. She wrote:
I would like to inform all my well wishers that I have tested positive for Covid-19. My daughter and I have been in complete isolation and thankfully, Alhumdulillah, have no severe symptoms.
She also asked everyone to take this pandemic seriously, and take necessary precautions to stay safe from the virus.
I would request all of you to take this pandemic seriously. Covid is real, please take necessary precautions. Wear a mask and avoid public spaces. Stay indoors and be safe.
Sanam further requested her fans and followers to pray for her and her daughter’s speedy recovery.
