As the teasers for Sinf-e-Aahan are out we get our first introduction to most of the key characters. The military drama has a star-studded cast and we can’t wait to see the dynamics between their characters.

The Sinf-e-Aahan cast includes names like Sajal Aly, Yumna Zaidi, Syra Yousuf, Kubra Khan, Ramsha Khan, Ali Rehman Khan, Asad Siddiqui, Asim Azhar, Shehryar Munawar, and Usman Mukhtar.

With a female-centric cast, we want to know more about the stories of these cadets. With the characters’ introduction teasers out, we know who the main leads are.

 

Sajal Aly As Rabia Safeer

Sajal Aly will be playing Rabia Safeer, the sister of an Army officer and a topper in her batch. This young woman decides to join the Pakistan Army to prove herself.

 

Kubra Khan As Mahjabeen Mastaan

Mahjabeen Mastaan hails from a well-off family. But all is not well in paradise. As she experiences her parents’ extremely unpleasant and bitter relationship.

 

Yumna Zaidi As Shaista Khanzada

Meanwhile, Yumna Zaidi is playing the role of Shaista Khanzada. A young woman from a conservative Pashtoon family. Despite her parents strict traditions, she seems to have run away from home to be a part of the Pakistan Army.

This is a young woman going against all odds to pursue her dreams, and make her family and country proud.

 

Syra Yousaf As Arzoo Daniel

It’s great to see a minority character on-screen with Syra Yousaf is playing the role of a Christian girl named Arzoo Daniel. Her story involves a 5-year-long toxic relationship with her fiance Noraiz.

 

Ramsha Khan As Pariwesh Jamaal

Ramsha Khan will essay the role of Pariwesh Jamal, a young lady from the tribal areas of Balochistan. Her journey to joining the Pakistan army involves many hardships and fighting the regressive values of her tribe.

Written by acclaimed writer Umera Ahmed, Sinf-e-Aahan is an Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) project following the stories of female army cadets. The drama is jointly produced by Next level Entertainment owned by Shahzad Nasib and Sana Shahnawaz, and Humayun Saeed and his wife Samina Humayun Saeed’s Six Sigma Plus.
