Sonya Hussyn is a 28-year-old actress, model, and TV host, who first made her acting debut in 2011 in the show Dareecha. She is famously known for her roles in Ishq Zahe NaseebAisi Hai Tanhai, and Aangan.

She recently took to her Instagram account to encourage her followers to eat healthy during the holy month of Ramadan. The Azaadi actress shared that she prefers eating fruits and dry fruits, along with yogurt.

Yogurt, dates, detox water- A complete and a healthy meal! For Sehri / iftaar.

The star also shared her detox water recipe, that is light and healthy. Her source of vitamin C, as she tells it, is lemon.

Adding orange/ lemon to it takes it to the next level. They are a great source of vitamin C, which is known to boost the immune system, prevent disease, helps in digestion, fights cold, protect cells….. the benefits are plentiful.
So, it’s time to increase our water intake for sure!!!

She also wished her fans their first fast of Ramadan on Instagram saying,
