'90s

The ’90s era was gold! Those were the glorious days. Simple life with good people and no complications. We often hear our parents reminiscing the past and now that we are growing older, we realize why they used to glorify those times.

And now, a ‘mystery man’ is giving us all the feels in a freestyle rap. Music lovers and ’90s children are in awe as he brings back the memories of late pop-rock singer Junaid Jamshed, NTM dramas, 9 p.m. Khabarnama, cricket fever, cassette players and VCRs.

Sporting a simple kurta and a warm jacket, the man goes back to the simpler times and talks about what living in the ’90s was like. Mothers and home-makers cooked warm meals for their family and it was preferred over takeaways from restaurants.

Relationships were respected, children used to go to bed early, computers were relatively rare, phones had keypads and social media didn’t exist.

“This is a rap for the ’90s people. Let’s go back, let’s learn something, and let’s refresh our memories,” he says in the beginning of his freestyle rap.

Let’s take a look at the video first:

The video is apparently trending on social media and netizens are feeling nostalgic. Let’s see how Twitter is reacting to it.

We don’t know who this ‘mystery man’ is, but he has simply won the hearts of Pakistanis with his amazing rap.
