Acer’s New Tablets Pack OLED Displays, Big Batteries, and Slim Designs

Acer has introduced three new large-screen tablets under its Iconia Duo lineup, including the Iconia Duo S14, Iconia Duo S12, and Iconia Duo D12. The series targets users who want bigger displays for productivity, entertainment, and everyday computing while keeping the devices portable.

The new tablets offer screen sizes of up to 14.2 inches, MediaTek processors ranging from the Helio G99 to the Dimensity 8300, large batteries, microSD expansion, and optional accessories such as an active stylus, magnetic kickstand, and keyboard.

Iconia Duo S14

The Acer Iconia Duo S14 is the top model in the lineup. It features a 14.2-inch OLED display with a 2880 x 1840 resolution, 3:2 aspect ratio, 120Hz refresh rate, 100% DCI P3 color coverage, and up to 400 nits of brightness.

The tablet runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 8300 processor and comes with up to 8GB RAM and up to 256GB of UFS storage. It also has a 10,000mAh battery, the largest battery in the new series.

For multimedia and productivity, the S14 includes four speakers, Wi Fi 6E, two USB Type-C ports, a microSD card slot, and optional active stylus support. It also has a 13MP rear camera and an 8MP front camera.

Iconia Duo S12

The Acer Iconia Duo S12 brings many of the premium features of the S14 in a smaller body. It has a 12.2-inch OLED display with a 2800 x 1840 resolution, 3:2 aspect ratio, full DCI P3 color coverage, and up to 600 nits of brightness.

The tablet is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 processor and is available with up to 8GB RAM and up to 256GB of storage. It packs an 8,000mAh battery.

The S12 has a 13MP rear camera and an 8MP front camera. Other features include Wi Fi 6, dual speakers, USB Type-C, microSD expansion, and optional active stylus support.

Iconia Duo D12

The Acer Iconia Duo D12 is the more affordable model in the series. It features a 12.2-inch display with a 2400 x 1600 resolution, 3:2 aspect ratio, multi-touch support, and a 90Hz refresh rate.

The tablet uses the MediaTek Helio G99 processor with up to 8GB RAM and 128GB of storage. Storage can be expanded through a microSD card slot.

The D12 has an 8,000mAh battery, an 8MP rear camera, and a 5MP front camera. It also includes Wi Fi 6, USB Type-C, and dual speakers.

Pricing And Availability
