ISLAMABAD: The Capital Development Authority’s (CDA) Directorate of Building Control sealed 39 buildings in the Jinnah Garden Housing Society due to nonconforming use.
On the orders of the Director of Building Control (South), CDA teams conducted an operation in collaboration with the officials of the Enforcement Directorate, CDA, and ICT administration.
The operation was carried out by Deputy Director Ashraf Shahid, Assistant Director Mazhar Abbas Bukhari, Building Inspector Rizwan, Building Inspector Saleem, and other enforcement personnel.
The CDA chief stated that operations against illegal constructions would continue without fear or favor until all violations of CDA bylaws were removed.
He also stated that strict legal action would be taken against violators for noncompliance and repeated offenses.
