GUJRANWALA: The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Gujranwala has introduced a discount scheme for the first 50 members in Commercial Zone 1 and 2.
The following are the details of the discount on the development charges:
- First 10 members receive a 75% discount
- Next 10 receive a 50% discount
- Subsequent 30 receiving a 30% discount
However, the administration shared a condition the owners of the commercial plots must construct their plazas within 1.5 years of receiving possession to be eligible for the discount.
