ISLAMABAD: The Economic Coordination Committee (ECC) has approved technical supplemental grants for housing and works development schemes in different parts of the country.
The Ministry of Housing and Works is responsible for overseeing the execution of these schemes and ensuring they are completed within the allocated budgets and timelines.
The approved grants are as follows:
- PKR 200 million for the development of the road from Lalmosa to Noona Wali Bhago and Malwana, with link infrastructure Tehsil Kharian
- PKR 429.436 million for development schemes in district Kasur under the Ministry of Housing and Works
- PKR 702.9 million for the execution of schemes in Punjab province under the sustainable development goals achievement program by the Ministry of Planning, Development and Special Initiatives
- PKR 12 million for the National Program for Improvement of Watercourses Phase-II in Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) under the Ministry of Interior
- PKR 20 million for the National Program for enhancement command areas in Barani areas of ICT under the Ministry of Interior
- PKR 1112.04 million for the project implementation letter of HQ FC (South) & HQ FC (North) KP fund under the Ministry of Interior.

We believe sensing your departure from the office soon, you are launching so called development and Housing projects to grab sympathies of people, leaving behind those incomplete projects.
I still remember the Three-Time PM and now fugitive Nawaz Sharif also announced similar projects in his final hours while addressing public rallies at Sanghla Hills, Bahawalpur and other parts of the province which mery remained lip service that fugitive made before escaping out of country.
Same hollow slogans are also being made by his younger brother and highly Pampered daughter Ms.Maryam Safdar before escaping the country.
