PESHAWAR: Governor of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Ghulam Ali, has emphasized the need for constructing high-rise residential projects with modern facilities to cater to the low-cost housing needs of the common man.
He expressed his views while attending the inaugural ceremony of the Ajmal Mall and Residency Project in Industrial Estate Hayatabad.
The Governor lauded the efforts of the project’s management team, led by Ajmal Khan, for investing in and launching a project aligned with modern requirements.
Furthermore, Ali invited foreign and local investors to explore different sectors in KP, assuring the provision of all necessary facilities to support investors in the province.
Later, the Governor chaired a review meeting to acquire land for the University of Technology Nowshera.
The Vice-Chancellor of the university briefed Ali about the progress of the acquisition, and the Governor assigned the responsibility of transferring the land to the Commissioner of Peshawar to resolve all issues within two months.
