FAISALABAD: The Faisalabad Development Authority (FDA) took action against illegal housing colonies by sealing two colonies, Al-Shajar City and Sitara Gold City, and demolishing their illegal structures, including sale offices.
According to an FDA spokesperson, Director Town Planning-II Junaid Hasan Manj visited various housing schemes and found these colonies, located at Daewoo Road, to be illegal.
The FDA Enforcement Team sealed the premises of these illegal colonies and demolished their illicit structures, including sales offices.
Furthermore, the FDA also warned developers of illegal colonies to get their schemes legalized before selling any plot, prompting strict action against them without any discrimination.
The FDA enforcement team also removed encroachments from state land in Ahmad Nagar, and further action against encroachers was in progress.
The spokesman added that the FDA is determined to take strict action against illegal housing schemes and encroachments to provide secure housing and land for citizens.
