Sue-e-Asal Model Cemetery Development Work Completed in Record Time, Secretary

LAHORE: Punjab Secretary of Local Government, Dr. Irshad Ahmed, announced on Wednesday that the Sue-e-Asal Model Cemetery development work has been completed in record time.

During his visit to the cemetery, he observed the construction of the boundary wall, ablution, and funeral prayer halls.

The Secretary also visited other model cemeteries being constructed at Ahlu, Gunj Sharif, and Raiwand Road.

He instructed the chief engineer of the local government department that the work on the Model Cemetery on Raiwind Road should be completed by April 30.

The Ahlu model Cemetery should be completed on schedule by doubling the number of laborers and working day and night shifts, he ordered.

The cemetery will soon be made functional as it has been completed as per the deadline. The Secretary was also informed that the construction of the boundary wall of Ahlu Model Cemetery was in its final stage.
