ISLAMABAD: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has announced that development work will soon begin in Sector C-16, located along the Margallas on the newly constructed Margalla Avenue in Islamabad.
According to CDA Chairman Noorul Amin Mengal, the revised layout plan of the sector was approved last week by the CDA board and tenders for development work will soon be invited.
The sector has around 2,500 residential plots, a ‘Markaz’, and class-III shopping centers.
Mengal assured that the engineering wing has prepared a complete timeline for the development of the sector and that he will ensure the timely completion of ongoing development work in various residential sectors, including C-16.
Meanwhile, the sources informed that the CDA has also launched an anti-encroachment drive in the sector.

I seen these paper news which only attrect in Ester bcs some CDA offecer and land mafia property dealer are sutckup and CDA only issue a statement for development and show some here and there. Then they sold there stuchup plot and game will be close like E 12 which is hunging for last 32 year. Which is black spot on Chairman CDA. And past all Regime who’s are work for land mafia

Sector E-12 development is pending since 3 2 years due to negligence of CDA and mafias having connections with CDA’s corrupt officials.

This is a very good news by the CDA authorities. It should be appreciated rather to blame the authority concerned that there is any mafia involved. You can even see that the allottees will feel relief about their future planning to have their own home, very soon.
I will again thankful to Chairm CDA that ge is doing his best even in these circumstances in Pakistan. Well done Mr. Chairman and don’t think about the negative comments and move foward with the same pace.

Please start development work in chatha baktawar park road Islamabad. CDA got possession of all land , only few hundred plots there and all ordinary people got plots in CB. Please consider.
