ISLAMABAD: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) intends to undertake multiple development projects in Islamabad, including constructing a mixed-use housing project in Kuri Enclave, Zone-IV, a guest house at Rawal Lake, and developing the capital street on 7th Avenue.
With this new housing project, the CDA aims to provide quality housing at reasonable prices for people from all income brackets.
According to the details, the CDA is concerned about the increasing number of halted housing projects in the capital, which has resulted in encroachments and increased prices of CDA-acquired land.
Furthermore, a new guest house covering 3,500 sq. ft. in Kuri Enclave, Zone-IV, has been approved by the CDA to provide modern amenities to visitors.
Additionally, the authority has approved establishing a capital street in the Art and Craft Village by auctioning 50 plots for food outlets.
Other initiatives to enhance the city’s infrastructure and amenities have also been approved to better meet the citizens’ needs.
