DG RDA Asks Officials to Provide Relief to Citizens

RAWALPINDI: Muhammad Saif Anwar Jappa, the Director General (DG) of Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA), has ordered all RDA officers to work hard to provide relief to citizens.

The DG has directed RDA employees to arrive at the office on time and ensure speed and quality while instructing them to remove obstacles and address citizens’ problems promptly.

The DG has taken several steps to provide relief to citizens, including advising them to pay only the RDA fee fixed by the government without any additional amount to any official.

In case of any complaint, the authorities concerned, or the DG office, can be contacted.

He also ordered the Land Use and Building Control Wing to speed up the building maps approval process and take strict action against illegal and unauthorized construction and commercial activities.

Besides, the citizens have been advised not to invest in illegal housing schemes and check the status of the housing projects before investing on the RDA official website www.rda.gop.pk.

This advisory comes after the DG’s orders to take strict action against unauthorized constructions and commercial activities.
