MULTAN: The governing body of Multan Development Authority (MDA) convened a meeting on Monday to propose a budget of Rs 4.36 billion for the fiscal year 2023-24.
The details suggest that the session was chaired by MDA Additional Director General Shakir Abbas Buzdar, which allocated Rs. 2.29 billion for non-development expenses, Rs. 926.822 million for MDA development schemes, and Rs. 1.14 billion for government-funded schemes.
The representatives from various departments including the finance department, commissioner Multan, HUD&PHE Lahore, and MDA officials were present at the meeting.
It is worth noting that the proposed budget for the fiscal year 2023-24 will be finalized and approved in the upcoming meeting of the MDA governing body.
