PESHAWAR: Peshawar’s Chief Minister’s House hosted a meeting under the leadership of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa’s Caretaker Chief Minister, Muhammad Azam Khan, to deliberate on the Boards of Directors (BoDs) of autonomous entities.
The meeting revolved around the legal complexities associated with the operations of BoDs, with a specific focus on the outcomes of the 34th board session of the Provincial Housing Authority (PHA).
In attendance were notable figures including the caretaker minister for Law and Justice, retired Arshad Hussain Shah, Chief Secretary Nadeem Aslam Chaudhry, the Secretary of Law, the Advocate General, and other esteemed officials.
As per the details, a key decision emerged from the gathering – the necessity to thoroughly examine the newly formulated policy regarding the allocation of plots by the Provincial Housing Authority.
In response, the Chief Minister also assigned the Chief Secretary the crucial responsibility of revisiting the determinations made during the 34th PHA board meeting, particularly those concerning plot allocation.
