Here are the Balloting Results of New Metro City Gujjar Khan

RAWALPINDI: The eagerly anticipated New Metro City Gujar Khan balloting, which was scheduled for August 20th, 2021, was successfully completed.

‘Early bird balloting’ was the name given to this voting, which took place on Sector A plots, specifically Block A of New Metro City.

Members, senior management, authorized dealers, and other interested parties were present at the event.

Members who had turned in their open files were eligible to vote. Results of a computerized vote were displayed during the event.

Additionally, the administration posted the New Metro City election results on its official website as well.

5 Marla, 7 Marla, 10 Marla, and 1 Kanal plots were included in the New Metro City Gujar Khan early bird balloting.

This balloting event also included the announcement of B Block, which will soon be launched. Additionally, 5 months after this early bird balloting, the respective owners will be given possession of A Block.

In contrast, balloting for the B Block will take place in 4-5 months, and possession will be awarded 8–9 months after the event.

A special balloting event is also being held in New Metro City to accommodate the latecomers. Members are urged to turn in any outstanding booking files by September 29, 2022.

The date of the special election is September 30, 2022. This is the last opportunity for members to receive an allocation for a plot in New Metro City Gujar Khan’s A Block.
