Sheikh Rashid’s Land Squatting Case: In Charge Deputy Administrator Gets Transferred

RAWALPINDI: The Deputy Administrator Waqf Properties in Rawalpindi, who reserved a verdict in the case of ‘usurping 7 land units’ of abandoned waqf properties, including Lal Haveli by Awami Muslim League chief Sheikh Rashid, has been asked to report to head office in Lahore.

The department has assigned the additional charge of the Deputy Administrator to Administrator Waqf Property Rawalpindi, Tanveer Khan.

The Deputy Administrator reserved the verdict in the case of seven land units, including Lal Haveli, owing to the non-submission of property documents.
