ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has broken ground for the Bhara Kahu Bypass project.
According to the details, Chairman CDA, Captain (Rtd) Mohammad Usman briefed the PM about the Bhara Kahu bypass project before the groundbreaking.
The 5 km long road will start from Muree Road, near the Quaid-e-Azam University stop, and will end at Murree Road, near the Jugi bus stop opposite Punjab Cash & Carry. From there, a flyover will start and end outside the Bhara Kahu bazaar towards Murree.
It is important to note that the project was awarded to the NLC recently by the CDA. In addition, NLC deployed the machinery and started the development work last week.
