CEO Zedem International Chaudhary Abdul Majeed has shared the post-launch residential prices of his new project Faisal Town Phase II.
In a video shared by the management, Chaudhary Abdul Majeed announced that the current prices are for a limited number of plots and will change right after the project gets launched.
Post-Launch Prices of Faisal Town Phase 2 Residential Plots
The post-launch prices for the residential plots are as follows:
- 5.56 (25X50) – PKR 34.90 Lac
- 8 Marla (30X60) – PKR 48.20 Lac
- 10.89 Marla (35X70) – PKR 62.80 Lac
- 14.22 Marla (40X80) – PKR 78.60 Lac
- 1 Kanal (50X90) – PKR 1.05 Crore
- 2 Kanal (75X120) – PKR 2.50 Crore
It is important to note that earlier, the CEO claimed that the new project would be offered at very low prices and target the middle class.
As per the details, the land has been completely acquired, yet a No Objection Certificate (NOC) has not been granted by the concerned authorities.
The project would be located near Thallian Interchange, in close vicinity of Capital Smart City.
The owners have also claimed that this project would reflect the quality that Zedem International has offered in other projects.
