The recent open court it organized allowed people to talk directly to the Director General of the department and to register complaints regarding the water supply.

It is vital to note that the department’s officials assured the public that their problems would be addressed as soon as possible.

Additionally, for such concerns, a mobile van complaint service has also been initiated that will be visiting different areas every day, enabling the citizens to file their complaints effortlessly.

The e-courts were first initiated during the pandemic, and allowed interaction between authorities and the general public through social media platforms.

Furthermore, the concerned authorities have been working on plans to supply water to the residents of the capital through different sources in order to meet the demands of the growing population.

According to the CDA water management wing’s official, the authorities are constantly interacting with the general public online through social media platforms, registering complaints and addressing grievances at the earliest.
