MANSEHRA: The National Highway Authority, along with the district government, suspended concrete and temporary encroachments on the Mansehra-Naran-Jalkhad Road on Saturday.
The structures on the road at Sandasar, Atter Shisha, and Mundiar were destroyed by a team of NHA and district administration led by Assistant Commissioner Qamar Zia Malik.
AC also shared that from Sandasar to Mundiar, the authorities have demolished illegal structures on the Mansehra-Naran-Jalkhad Road.
An official also disclosed that the authorities would also clear Karakoram Highway of encroached structures from Dhodial to Chaterplain which is a boundary area between Mansehra and Battagram districts.
Furthermore, authorities in other districts and cities have also launched various anti-encroachment operations to corner the land mafia and put an end to illegal activities.
