FAISALABAD: The district government has taken strict action against two illegal societies that have been selling their plots without official approvals.
During an inspection of the legal status of Private Housing Societies, the authorities observed that the plots in the said society were being sold without permission and without getting approval from the concerned authorities.
According to the details, the district government enforcement teams demolished the illegal structures and also sealed the offices of both the schemes namely Allied-I and Allied-II.
The housing schemes were established in Chak No 242-RB and Chak No 296.
Additionally, several government bodies have been taking action against illegal housing societies across the country and have also advised citizens not to check the legal status of society before making investments.
