ISLAMABAD: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has joined forces with the Pakistani government to unveil an affordable apartment project aimed at overseas Pakistanis.
The project is named Nilore Overseas Residencia Phase-1 and will provide 2-bedroom apartments, each spanning 779 sq ft on Lehtrar Road, Zone-IV, Islamabad.
It has been shared that the applications for the apartments will be accepted online from February 25 through March 31, 2023, and computerized balloting will take place on April 15.
CDA and the central government will jointly oversee the project, which is solely open to overseas Pakistanis with valid NICOP and Pakistan origin cards, with payments being made in US dollars.
Moreover, those who are interested to make an investment can visit CDA’s official website to download brochures and application forms, beginning on February 25.
It is worth noting that CDA has launched several apartment projects in the past, aimed at attracting foreign direct investment (FDI) from overseas Pakistanis.
