Affordable Housing Project for Govt Employees to be Completed by 2025

ISLAMABAD: The Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) has announced that the development work for the Green Enclave II residential project, designed for government employees, will be completed by 2025.

Tariq Rasheed, the Director General of FGEHA, provided this update, stating that the work on the first part of the project, known as Commoners Sky Garden, is progressing steadily.

It is worth noting that the Green Enclave II is a joint venture between FGEHA and Sky Garden, aiming to provide affordable plots and flats to government employees.

The project spans approximately 11,000 kanal of land, and the development work on about 2,403 kanal in the first part, including blocks A, B, C, D, and E of Phase-I is set to be completed by the end of 2025.

Currently, 20% of the work has been completed in Block D, while the road infrastructure and other essential facilities will also be completed in due course.

The Director General assured that the Housing Authority remains committed to fulfilling its promises within the given timeframe.
