MIRPUR: The exhibition titled ‘Incredible Ideas – Pakistan Real Estate Expo’ was organized in Mirpur AJK to attract local investors, including the UK-based Pakistani and Kashmiri diaspora community, to invest in the real estate business.
According to reports, 18 real estate groups participated in the event to market their respective residential and commercial projects in various parts of Pakistan and Azad Jammu & Kashmir.
The minister of housing, Chaudhary Yasir Sultan, has expressed hope that the expo participants would be able to secure investment from the Mirpur division, which is a relatively fast-developing and economically prosperous part of Azad Jammu & Kashmir.
Furthermore, the Director General of the MDHA visited various real estate booths and enquired about the specifics of their respective ongoing and upcoming residential and commercial projects.
The minister of housing and planning invited the Pakistani and Kashmiri diaspora community to invest in the real estate industry in Pakistan.
He also advised real estate groups to focus on building small residential and commercial projects exclusively for the homeless, thereby assisting those who could not afford to invest in complex projects.
