Al-Khidmat Conducts Survey to Rebuild Houses in Flood-Hit Gaddap Town

KARACHI: The flood-stricken areas of Gaddap Town have been surveyed by Al-Khidmat Foundation in order to rebuild homes damaged by the recent rains.

A survey of the flood-devastated neighborhood of Gaddap was undertaken by the disaster management team of Al-Khidmat Karachi, which was led by Manager Sarfaraz Sheikh.

The staff traveled to several areas of Gaddap Town and spoke with locals to obtain information.

Al-Khidmat has chosen to rebuild homes that have been damaged by recent rains and are currently putting the appropriate plans in place.

Gaddap has been severely impacted by the recent torrential rains, which have destroyed roads and traffic infrastructure.

Alongside, dry items, such as flour, rice, prepared meals, cereals, cooking oil, tea, and other eatables, were also distributed by the team.

CEO Naveed Ali Baig stated that Alkhidmat was already offering rescue and relief services in Punjab and Balochistan while urging resourceful individuals to help in any manner they could to support Al-Khidmat’s relief and reconstruction efforts.
