SARGODHA: The anti-encroachment team took action against violators in various bazaars including Urdu Bazaar, Muhammadi Bazaar, Karkhana Bazaar, and Muslim Bazaar.
The team, which was under the supervision of the Regulation Officer MC Zoya Masood, sealed two shops and imposed fines on 13 shopkeepers for encroaching on public space.
According to the details, the fines imposed on the shopkeepers totaled Rs 52,000.
The team’s actions were carried out in an effort to ensure that public spaces and roads are kept clear of obstructions, which can impede traffic flow and pose safety risks to pedestrians and motorists.
It is important to note that this is an ongoing effort to maintain order and safety in the city.
