Avalon Launches Pakistan’s First ‘Technological City’

ISLAMABAD: Avalon has introduced Pakistan’s first technology metropolis with the name Avalon City Islamabad. The society is primarily designed with the aim of inexpensive residences that are also environmentally friendly.

“With the use of services like 3D theatres, virtual theatres, Wi-Fi trees, electric bikes, and other tech-based smart living solutions, the project intends to give the locals a variety of cutting-edge technology solutions to tackle their daily difficulties,” said the sources.

The new housing society is located on Chakri Road, close to the Chakri Motorway Interchange and the projected Rawalpindi Ring Road.

The authorities have designed a four-year payment plan consisting of eight semi-annual payments or 40 monthly installments. However, a 15% down payment is required at the time of plot reservation.

Furthermore, the society will be home to a variety of technical features like automated traffic control, street lighting, power supply, object, and facial recognition technologies, and virtual hubs, using environment-friendly and sustainable materials.
