TANK: The district administration has planned to launch anti-encroachment operations in the city to clear the way for beautification projects.
As per the details, Assistant Commissioner Aminullah, Additional Assistant Commissioner Jamshed Alam Khan, and Additional Assistant Commissioner Revenue Shohab Ahmed paid a visit to the bazar in order to brief the shopkeepers about the beautification project.
The officials also ordered the shopkeepers to remove their stalls from the planned site themselves.
The beautification project will include the construction of Tank Road and later solar lights will be installed in several different locations of Tank.
It is important to note that the district government is also working on recreation facilities and will be developing a family park worth PKR 3 million.
