Capital Smart City Announces Possession of Plots in 3 Blocks

Capital Smart City has finally announced possession in the Overseas Prime, Overseas East, and Executive blocks.

On September 9^th, an email that carried the details was sent only to the individuals who have invested in Capital Smart City.

According to the email, the possession of the following areas has been announced.

• Overseas Prime Block (Sectors A, B, C, D, E, F, G & H)
• Overseas East Block (Sector F)
• Executive-I Block (Sector B)

The email also stated that a Building Control Department (BCD) has been established for the ease of the customers at the F-11 Head Office and the project site.

Earlier this month, Capital Smart City also broke ground for the development work of a dedicated interchange.
