LAHORE: During his visit to the under-construction Nishtar-II Hospital on Tuesday, Caretaker Chief Minister Punjab Mohsin Naqvi expressed dissatisfaction over the slow pace of work.
The CM directed the concerned authorities to complete the project within the stipulated timeframe.
Furthermore, he also instructed officials to make a daily progress report and take strict action against officials responsible for delays.
Naqvi announced the hospital’s completion would help reduce patients’ burden on Nishtar Hospital.
It is relevant to note that the hospital is being constructed on a 58-acre land with 500 beds.
Meanwhile, the Chief Minister also visited the houses of two innocent youngsters who were killed by police and announced financial assistance and government jobs to their families.
