ISLAMABAD: The CDA’s Enforcement Department, in collaboration with district administration and the Islamabad Police, conducted an anti-encroachment operation in various areas of Islamabad, removing several encroachments.
According to the details, an operation was carried out on the orders of the Chairman Capital Development Authority in response to complaints from residents of Main Margalla Road Sector F-7/2.
Furthermore, heavy gear was used to demolish the illegal fence and entrance gate while notices were also served to the owners of seven other houses.
Similar fences, including those with illegal security posts, were also taken down in Sector F-8/2 and E-11/3 Main Double Road.
Besides, the enforcement department also conducted vigorous operations in Sector F-7 Jinnah Supermarket and razed down the illegal sit-out area that had been set up outside the restaurants and made accessible to the general public.
The spokesperson of CDA assured that such operations would continue without discrimination and that strict action would be taken against the violators.
