QUETTA: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has started to hand the possession of residential plots in Park Enclave Phase II and III.
The CDA has fulfilled its commitment to offer possession of over 5,000 developed plots in Sector I-15 and is now proceeding to give possession to allottees in Park Enclave.
The possession includes 200 developed plots in Park Enclave Phase II and 400 developed plots in Phase III. The remaining plots will be handed over by June 30th.
The CDA has also provided the details of these developed plots on its website.
To obtain possession, members are advised to clear their dues. They can utilize the online booking facility to acquire possession as well.
The CDA also offers a one-window facility to facilitate buyers, allowing them to contact authority officials for ownership of their plots.
