ISLAMABAD: Chairman Capital Development Authority (CDA), Muhammad Usman Younis, issued directives to launch a campaign against illegal buildings across Islamabad.
Acting upon the instructions, the CDA enforcement department along with the Building Control North Directorate initiated an operation against illicit buildings in sector E-11.
As per the details, several unauthorized constructions were demolished and several buildings were sealed.
It is important to mention that the illegal buildings were in violation of the Islamabad Building Control Regulation 2020 and never had any approval for construction.
Moreover, such actions are also taken against illegal encroachments in sector F-10 where a number of stalls have been removed from the road and footpaths.
The Chairman said that the purpose of taking action against illegal buildings and encroachments was to implement the rules of CDA and to bring them under the purview of building regulations in order to prevent the construction of unlawful buildings.

Sector 1/14 main entry from GT road is occupied by auto shops..and workshops .CDA needs attention to clear this main entry of 1/14 Islamabad (so called)
Please also take serious action in PWD & National Police Foundation Housing Society where illegal plazas construct instead of homes, which is clearly violation of master plans 1992 of society.
