The officials from CDA highlighted that these sectors, along with C-14 and C-15, have great commercial potential for the civic agency and other sectors situated along Margalla Avenue.

The CDA’s action against encroachments is part of its ongoing efforts to clear illegal occupations in different parts of the capital.
The CDA has repeatedly warned illegal occupants to vacate the land and plots under their occupation.
It also urged the general public to avoid purchasing plots from illegal land grabbers to avoid financial losses and legal complications.
The CDA’s anti-encroachment operation has been lauded by residents and stakeholders, who have commended the authorities for their efforts to reclaim the city’s land from illegal occupants.
The operation has also sent a clear message to the land grabbers that illegal occupations would not be tolerated in Islamabad.
The CDA has assured that it will continue to clear encroachments and retrieve the land from illegal occupants to facilitate the city’s planned development.
