ISLAMABAD: The Chairman of Capital Development Authority (CDA), Muhammad Usman Younis, has instructed the authorities to accelerate the pace of work in sector E-12, ensuring possession to the allottees as soon as possible.
The chairman has been disappointed with the slow pace of work in the sector E-12.
Additionally, he said that there was no progress made that could aid in addressing the long-due concerns of the general public.
The Chairman also directed the CDA Engineering Wing to perform using their professional skills so that the concerns raised by the public could be addressed.
Furthermore, he urged the authority to expedite the development work in the sector and to keep him informed on a daily basis.
Great effort it’s been nearly 4 decades since the allotment was made.I assure you there is a clan of black sheep in your Dept. who at the behest of private societies are destroying the reputation of CDA.
Very true , near by private societies are benefiting the delay and slow work . Also encroachment have not be removed altogether . They are still lot at the E 12/4/1 areas . I wonder what they are waiting for .

E-12 is a dark mark on CDA performance and Authority and need continuous follow up and monitoring from CDA chairman.
Allottee,s are waiting since 40 years to build their houses,many have died with this dream

I think possession is long overdue CDA shall ensure that possession of E12/2& 3 is handed over by june 2023.

Beautiful words but practically zero development . playing on the both sides by CDA employees. Getting handsum benefits from department as well as plots from both CDA , Societies and general public. At the end they will get big plot in hell with all other currupt employees of the country
