BALOCHISTAN: Chief Minister Balochistan, Abdul Quddus Bizenjo has given the green light to establish e-facilitation centers in all districts of Balochistan.
The aim is to streamline the work of different departments through a one-window operation for citizens.
The first center will be built in Quetta and then expanded to other districts with the help of the Department of Science and Information Technology, which will identify suitable abandoned or underutilized buildings with the assistance of deputy commissioners.
The Science and IT department will provide technical support to ensure the smooth implementation of e-service centers.
Urban facilitation centers will be established based on population and geography, offering multiple services under one roof.
The total cost of establishing an e-facilitation center in each district is expected to be PKR 10 million, while PKR 350 million will be required for setting up centers in all districts.
