CM Punjab Chaudhary Pervaiz Elahi has announced financial aid for individuals struggling with damage to their homes caused by flooding in South Punjab.
Owners of entirely wrecked properties will receive Rs.600,000, while owners of partially ruined houses would receive Rs.400,000.
In addition, owners of the livestock that has been affected by the flooding will also be compensated.
Furthermore, the CM also instructed the Deputy Commissioners to conduct a survey of the affected individuals informally while making sure they were not inconvenienced in any way.
It was determined that the affected parties would get financial aid right away.
